Event #1: Rouge Cloud

For the rest of the month of January all Topics that include two or more Kampfers outside in places, that are not crowded, will be attacked by Rouge Kampfer (Brown Team)

Rouge Kampfer:
- Are NPC characters, all members can control their actions
- Are Constantly in Kampfer form, there human form being lost to them
- Are NOT PASSIVE, they do not sit down and drink coffee with other teams, they will attack on sight
- Do not question there destiny to fight
- Have Brown contact bracelets
- Do not talk allot
